Meet the Artist
Rebecca Doyle is an artist that is driven by collaboration, uplifting stories of identity. Raised in Harford County, Maryland, a graduate of Stevenson University, she studied Graphic Design and Photography. During her undergrad, she served as a gallery assistant. Working with visiting artists, she helped execute the design, curation, and installation of exhibitions. Upon graduation, she was awarded the Art & Graphic Design Department Award for Outstanding Contributions.
As a designer, she works to ensure a sense of comfort and confidence for her clients. Her work explores subjects of identity through the lens of punk-inspired femme aesthetics. Through thoughtful juxtaposition, her portfolio promotes playfulness, while retaining a sense of wit and purpose. Rebecca believes in the power of connection, aiming to use her work as an outlet for intersectional feminism and action.
Rebecca’s work encapsulates a wide range of mediums, from digital photography to mixed media collage. When she is not freelancing, she serves as the manager for an art studio, District DabbleLab. Here, she leads classes and helps foster creativity and community for all ages. Currently, based just outside of Washington DC, Rebecca continues to gain inspiration through the spirit of community.
